i almost gave this hotel a good review, but the odd smell in the hallways really ruined it. not to mention the breakfast was rather basic—more like a sad afterthought. i also expected a welcome gift or something for being so 'special,' but i guess that was too much to ask. unimpressed!

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location right next to the Rhine, providing easy access to the KD riverboat dock and being just steps from the center of town. Our double room featured a balcony with unobstructed river views, making every stay a scenic pleasure.
The staff was friendly but difficult to find at times, which could affect service accessibility.

The room was fully renovated with a fabulous balcony view of the Rhine. Sipping coffee while gazing at castles lit up at night was divine. An excellent location by the river made our stay memorable!
But good luck finding the staff at times. they must have been playing hide-and-seek! Oh, and if you like it toasty, be prepared for a chilly night without AC.
